I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is superb, surrounded by many restaurants and very close to downtown. The rooms are cozy and have balconies offering nice views. The service was top-notch, with excellent room service and assistance with tours. However, the dining experience could improve, especially regarding Bernese sausages. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic facilities.
